Parameter of the good governing panchayat Awards will be based on the good work done by the panchayat representatives in their respective panchayats.Work of the panchayats representatives will be evaluated on following parameters:
- Leadership quality and co-ordination capacity of Mukhiyas
- Administrative Calibre of Mukhiyas
- Developmental work done by Mukhiyas in their respective panchayat
- Impact of the work done by Mukhiyas
- Nature of decision taken in Gramsabha (Consensus or Arbitrary)
- Monitoring Calibre of Mukhiya in context to shemes run by Govt. agencies.
- Coordination of Mukhiya with other elected representatives
- Learning Skill of Mukhiya
- Acceptance of Mukhiya among the general masses after election
