- Organization should be registered under one of the following acts :
- Society Registration Act 1860
- Trust registered under Indian Trust Act 1882
- Charitable Company registered under Indian Companies Act 1956
- Registration of applicant organizations should be for the work in a particular block and office of the applicant organization must be exist in that particular block where the organization wants to implement this project and this should be mentioned in registration documents.
- Evaluation and Monitoring of the projects and social audit of the projects or establishment of good governance terms must be enumerated in the aim and objective of the organization.
- Organizations have not received any grants for the direct implementation of projects at grass root level.
- Age of the members of the organization should not be more than 35 years and they must be educated at least 10th
- Members of the organization should not be any criminal record and they have a good image in the eyes of local people.
- Members of the organization should not be active member of any political parties.
