What We Do

The International Centre of Governance Society (ICGS) works to strengthen governance systems by supporting institutions, empowering communities, and promoting transparent, accountable, and participatory processes. Our work focuses on building strong democratic structures at the grassroots level.


1. Consultancy Services

ICGS provides expert consultancy to government bodies, local self-governments, non-governmental organizations, and institutions working in governance and development sectors. We support organizations in designing effective systems, improving institutional performance, and ensuring better service delivery.
